The vacation apartment »Casa Sillanova«
is the upper floor of our house in Lomba de São Pedro, island of São Miguel, Azores.

The access to the apartment passes over a bridge, separately from the rest of the house.
The overall area is approx. 70 m² (753 ft²) plus 25 m² (269 ft²) terrace. Despite a roof slope, the wall height is throughout at least 2 m (6`7) , so that the full area is available.
Two bedrooms for 2 persons, each, with seaview. The rooms will not be rented out separately.
Over 30 m² (323 ft²) parlor and dinette, including 2 sofas. One of them is a convertible.
Approx 12 m² (129 ft²) kitchen area. It is equipped with fridge-freezer, two ceramic glass hobs, baking oven/grill, coffee filter machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and exhaust hood. You will also find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, Piri-Piri, vinegar and oil.
Bathroom with a frosted glass window, hair dryer, washbowl, shower, toilet and spacious wall rack for toiletries. Moreover a small-sized vestibule with towels, clothes hamper, cleaning utensils and foldable drying rack.
Towels for kitchen and bath as well as bedclothes are included. Electric heaters will be allocated in wintertime.
Parking directly in front of the house, by the terrace. On request, or if there is more than one car, in the courtyard.
If needed, our washing machine, tumble dryer and, of course, our clothesline rope can be shared.
You can make use of the garden at any time (sunbath, reading, little drink in the evening, watch the bats fly at sundown) and you can pick fresh kitchen herbs for cooking. The barbecue in the patio is available as well.
WiFi and TV included.
Two pairs of hiking poles can be borrowed for free.
There is a bakery service on the spot which delivers a pre-ordered number of rolls in the early morning. On working days, you have the opportunity to buy fresh bread from a delivery truck at 9 am, on Sunday a little earlier. You also can buy fresh milk from a farmer nearby.
If you like to, we will offer a special breakfast service: we buy your desired food at the supermarket and put it into the apartment. So you don`t have to get up in the morning without your favorite food, when having arrived with a late flight. If you want to avail this opportunity, just let us know what you wish to find in the fridge on your first morning and we will provide it at cost price.
Rental charges for the apartment on occupancy of up to two persons for at least four days:
€ 50.- per day during January, February, March
€ 60.- per day during April, May, October, November, December
€ 70.- per day during June, July, August, September
plus € 10.- per day for each additional person aged 7 years or above
plus € 25.- for final cleaning per stay
If staying for at least 14 days, final cleaning will not be charged
If staying for 21 days or more, the rent for one day is free; beyond that, only 6 days per full week will be charged.
